However, we cannot guarantee that each Member is at least the required minimum age, nor do we accept responsibility or liability for any content, communication or other use or access of the Site by persons under the age of eighteen in violation of these T&C

Member Disputes - You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Enableromance Members. Enableromance.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

Registration and Email - To become a Member you must register with us. When and if you register to become a Member, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration forms. You will also amend, update and maintain information to keep it accurate current and complete. You also understand that if the information you have disclosed is untrue, inaccurate, non current or incomplete, that we reserve the right to terminate this agreement and your use and access to the site.

Email Alerts - When you register with us you agree to be informed by automatic email to your registered email address of new and potential contacts whom may have sent you a message or used the Flirt facility. Under no circumstances does your private email address become public.

Password - As part of our registration process you will be asked to select a Username and Password. Your password is exclusive to you and it is your responsibility to make sure that it remains confidential. You may not transfer or resell your membership to any third party. If you feel your password have been found out, you must promptly change your password in the ‘My Profile’ section of the site under ‘edit personal information’. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Password and for any activities that are conducted through your account.

Copyright Policy - You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in anyway any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information from this site without obtaining the prior written consent of Enableromance. Without prejudice to the generality of the above, material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal and non-commercial home use. Non Commercial Use by Members. - Enableromance Site is for the personal use of individual Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. Organisations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members of Enableromance.com and should not use the Enableromance Service or Site for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the Site, including unauthorised framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Term - This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site and/or are a Member of Enableromance.com.

Subscriptions & Refunds - If you wish to cancel a subscription, then you may do so by logging into your Paypal account and disabling the subscription from there.Disabling the active subscription will immediately return your account to "Guest" user status. Any remaining days left on your subscription will be forfeited and no refund can be given. We therefore recommend canceling a subscription the day before you are due to be charged.
If you have subscribed to Lifetime Membership and want your profile removed, you may either "Hide" your profile in the "My Profile" section, or contact us to completely remove you from the database. PLEASE NOTE, once you are removed from the database your details cannot be retrieved. No refunds can be given.
If Enableromance terminate your membership for breach of the agreement, you will be emailed to your personal address that you entered in your application. You will not be entitled to a refund of any kind for any unused subscription. Even after the cancellation of the membership you are still bound with certain provisions of these terms.

Disclaimers - Enableromance is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Site or in connection with the Enableromance Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the Enableromance Service whether online or offline. Enableromance does not also assume any responsibility for damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Enableromance Site and/or in connection with the Enableromance Service. Under no circumstances will Enableromance be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service and/or any Content posted on the Enableromance Site or transmitted to Enableromance Members. The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS" basis. Enableromance cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Site and/or the Enableromance Service.

Limitation on Liability - In no event will Enableromance be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the Enableromance Service, even if Enableromance has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Enableromance.com’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Enableromance.com for the Service during the term of membership.
